District & Division Swimming

On Thursday 6th March, a group of keen swimmers attended the District Swimming Competition held at MSAC.

The group performed extremely well, achieving 4th place amongst the Seaside District school, which is a testament to their hard work and determination.

A special mention goes to those students who excelled in their races, ultimately winning and advancing to the Division Competition. A massive congratulations to Portia C (11 y/o Breaststroke & Butterfly), Andrei T (9/10 y/o Breaststroke), Barney S (11 y/o Backstroke & Freestyle), Oscar S (11 y/o Breaststroke), Jack E (11 y/o Butterfly) & the 11 y/o Freestyle Relay Team (Barney S, Jack E, Oscar S, Dexter K) on advancing through to Divisions. Very proud of you all. 

The Division Swimming Competition was then held on Wednesday 12th March at Oakleigh, with the above swimmers competing so well, and they should all be very proud.

All the swimmers attained amazing results, with a further congratulations going to Portia C, who won her 11 y/o Breaststroke race to which she has advanced to the regional competition. We are all so proud of you and are cheering you on!! Go Portia!
