Emmaus Primary winners of the French Poetry Contest 2025 

Last Thursday, our Emmaus Primary winners of the French Poetry Contest 2025 took part in a beautiful ceremony hosted by SAFTA at St Peter’s College.

Our students truly outdid themselves, representing Emmaus Christian College with excellence, confidence, and grace across all categories from Foundation to Year 5/6. Mrs Winter and I shared a moment of great pride as we saw their hard work and passion for language shine through.

Ariel’s piano recital in Recital Australia 

We are incredibly proud of our Year 6 student Ariel for her fantastic performance at Recital Australia on 29 October at the North Adelaide Baptist Church Hall. 

Ariel passed her Certificate of Performance in Piano this August and was recommended to perform at Recital Australia by her piano teacher, YoungCheong Lye. 

Ariel performed five pieces in a 30-minute set in the Junior Lunch Hour Spring Series 2025. Ariel presented fantastic piano classics by various musicians, such as Beethoven, Chopin, and Moscheles.
