A message from the Principal

As part of our improvement agenda for 2025 we are focusing on engagement and what it looks like for students. Engagement helps to foster a love of learning and passions that lead to future pathways. 

As part of this, at the whole school parade on Monday, I spoke to students about what motivates engagement and what this might look like for them. This weekend, could you spend time with your children asking them what engagement looks like for them and how their agency and decisions can help with motivation. 

This diagram represents what motivators that I spoke to the students about and can give you a good place to spark conversations at home.
