Year 6 Legacy Piece

Each year our exiting year 6 students are involved in an art project that remains at the school as a legacy to their time spent at DPS. This year our senior cohort were fortunate enough to participate in a mosaic incursion run by local artist Teresa Flynn from Like Minds Studio. Teresa shared her knowledge on mosaic design and how to cut and shape the various ceramic tiles. The piece they have commenced work on is a beautiful mosaic panel which reflects our school emblem and houses. Work is ongoing and the year 6 students look forward to presenting this to the school community later in the year.
