Dear Families,

Winter has arrived so it is perfect timing that we have a long weekend - Happy Birthday to King Charles. Please enjoy this long weekend together with your families.

Andrew has safely arrived in Paris and is enjoying the sunshine and special time with his family.

This week we say goodbye and good luck to Miss Leyla who finishes on Friday. We will hold a short assembly on Friday afternoon at 2.40 pm to say good bye. Parents are very welcome.

We look forward to seeing her and Matt's new addition soon!

Class Mass

We thank 3/4 W for a lovely mass around 'Reconciliation Week'. The class reminded us about the importance of National Reconciliation Week. That is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. It was great to see so many of our 3/4W families there.

This week 3/4TG will be hosting mass. The theme is 'Sacred Heart'. We hope many 3/4TG families can join us on Friday at 9.00am and then stay for the class morning tea.

Bunnings BBQ Springvale

Thank you to all those families that volunteered. A special thanks to our Parents and Friends, especially Sam Yap for coordinating this event. The school made $2930.

Thanks to all those families who came down for a sausage. It is great to see our community in action.

Parent Information Evening

With all the information around Social Media in the news and how it affects children it is a very important and relevant for parents to attend the Cyber Safety Information Night on 11th June at 6:30pm.

The presentation is being run by Susan McLean, Australia’s foremost expert in the area of Cybersafety and young people. This is an important night and we encourage all families to attend.
