Have you lost a myki?

by the Front Office team

Did you know there is a whopping $113 million sitting in State Revenue because of unregistered myki cards? So, if you have a myki card, we suggest you please take the time to register it and choose to have your name printed on it.

The photo above shows just a few of the myki cards regularly handed in at the School's Front Office - but we cannot confirm who they belong to, because they are not registered.

Why register your myki?

  • See the cost of your recent trips and your card balance
  • Set auto top-up
  • Protect your myki card balance if your card is lost or stolen
  • Receive a new myki card when your current one expires
  • Manage up to eight mykis (e.g. for family or friends) on one account
  • View your card transactions for the previous six months (and if you need it, you can get a tax invoice emailed to you).

How to register

If you already have an unregistered myki, there are several ways to register:

Registration is instant. You'll need your 15-digit myki number to register.

If you don't yet have a myki, you can buy a registered myki online or call1800 800 007, and choose to print your name on it.
