There are 6 elements of effective effort , These are:

Time - This is spending the time needed to finish the task successfully

Focus - Concentrating on the task and avoiding distractions

Commitment - This means being determined to finish a task and do you very best

Resourcefulness - This means to know what to do or who to ask for help when you are really stuck

Feedback - This means to respond to feedback given on how to fix and improve your work.

Persistence  - This means to keep trying to achieve success, even when things are challenging.
