Wonderful Women's Breakfast:

I extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the wonderful Women's Breakfast. Your presence made the event truly special, and it was a joy to share this empowering and inspiring morning with each of you. I am grateful for your enthusiasm and participation, which contributed to the warmth and vibrancy of the gathering.

A heartfelt thank you also goes out to all of the staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare for the event. Your hard work and dedication ensured that everything ran smoothly, from the delicious food to the welcoming atmosphere. Without your efforts, the Women's Breakfast would not have been possible.

I am truly appreciative of the collaborative spirit and support shown by all, and we look forward to future opportunities to come together and celebrate the strength and unity of our community. Thank you once again for making the Women's Breakfast a memorable and uplifting experience for everyone involved.

Learning Goals:

Your child's learning goals for Term 2 can now be accessed through PAM / SIMON Everywhere.  Once you have read them it would be great for you to discuss these goals with your child.

If you have difficulty accessing these goals please notify your child's classroom teachers.

Cross Country:

I extend my sincerest appreciation to Miss Wooden and Miss Ras for their exceptional efforts in organising the school cross country event. Their dedication and hard work ensured that the event ran smoothly and provided an enriching experience for all involved. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff and parents who volunteered their time and support to make this event possible. Your contributions were invaluable and greatly appreciated.

A special commendation is due to the outstanding effort displayed by the students during the race. Their determination and encouragement of others truly exemplified the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie. Congratulations are in order for the winners of the event, as well as those students who have advanced to the next level of cross country competition. Their achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication to excellence from our students and their parents. We are immensely proud of all participants and look forward to witnessing your continued success in future events.

Spice Drive:

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the families who participated in the recent spice drive by purchasing spices. Your generous support has made a significant impact on our fundraising efforts. A special thank you goes out to Tootie for her exceptional organizational skills and dedication in spearheading this initiative. Through her hard work and your collective contributions, we were able to raise an impressive $600.  Thank you all for your generosity and support!

School's Out:

If you book your child into 'School's Out' parents need to communicate this to their child’s teacher or to Teresa/Emma in the office.

School's Out is our after school care program which is organised and implemented by an established organisation. The School's Out program is implemented onsite at Tongala Primary School. Students from St Patrick's Primary School  who attend the program are walked over to the site on Tongala Primary School at the end of the school day by two staff members and signed into the program.

School's Out runs every evening from 3:15pm - 6pm. Any families who need after school care are encouraged to register. With Child Care Subsidy, sessions are very affordable, and provide students with great activities, afternoon tea and excellent social interactions.

Even if you do not need the service every day, we suggest families register, therefore it can be used in case of emergency or simply when you need it.

Men's Shed:

We are looking for a person who is handy with wood and tools to lead our 'Men's Shed Group' for the term. The men who usually run it are on holidays this term so we were hoping someone knew someone who would be happy to give it a crack. It's 1 hour a week on Wednesday's between 9-10am.

If you a keen to give it a go or you know someone who is please send me an email.

Recipe Book:

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the families who have purchased the St Patrick's Recipe Book. Your support means the world to us and directly contributes to our mission of preserving and sharing cherished culinary traditions. By embracing these recipes, you help sustain our efforts in promoting cultural appreciation through food. Your enthusiasm and commitment inspire us to continue curating meaningful culinary experiences for generations to come. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us. To date we have raised $616 from this fundraising effort.

DILMAC:

Dillmac Entertainment have been implementing their 1:1 music tutoring sessions. They offer guitar, drums, piano and vocal lessons. The tutoring sessions have been a massive hit!!

Beanies:

As the weather gets cooler don’t forget our school beanies- $10, sold at the office. The Student Advisory council confirmed the design for our St Patrick's scarves that should arrive soon.

St Patrick's Rugby Tops:

Good news, we have gained enough interest in the rugby tops for them to be ordered. Hip Pocket will order enough jumpers to have a range of sizes in stock and they will arrive in 6-8 weeks.

If you would like to call in to Hip Pocket in Echuca to try on a jumper and put your order in beforehand, you are welcome to do this - otherwise we will let you know when the first shipment arrives so you can go into the shop and purchase.

They have suggested that families might like to get a name embroidered under the collar to ensure jumpers do not get lost.
