Congratulations 

Congratulations to all our wonderful dancers on a fantastic year of dance in 2024. This year has contained so many highlights, including Sydney North Dance Festival, Dance Showcase, the State Dance Festival, Granny Smith Apple Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Presentation Day and performing for our visitors from Coonamble Public School. Our dancers have shown dedication and discipline by attending their rehearsals each week, and bravery to perform in front of large audiences. We are so proud of them for their hard work and talent. 

A huge thank you to all our dance teachers for giving up their time to run rehearsals and attend performances; Ms Guan, Ms Liu, Ms Yoo, Ms Little, Miss Potter, Miss Mawhinney, Mr Fung, Ms Phillips, Miss Taylor and Miss Tulich. 

Lastly, we would like to thank all the amazing families who have supported their child in dance this year! From getting them to school early to attend rehearsals, driving them to performances across Sydney, and doing tricky hair and makeup, we know the dance program would not be possible without your support. 

If you are interested in your child participating in a dance group in 2025, information about the sign up and audition process will come out early in Term 1. Please ensure you read the newsletter and all email correspondence from the school so your child does not miss out on the opportunity to try out for a group. 

Lion Dance

Our Stage 1 Lion dance team had their first performance on Tuesday, Week 8 for Coonamble public school visitors. The event was a great success, showcasing the hard work and dedication of our students. It was a memorable experience for everyone involved. We look forward to more performances and continued growth in our dance program.
