Principal's message

Hi Families,

As we wrap up another school term, we are delighted to share your child's achievements highlighted in their school report. Our students have shown remarkable growth and dedication across various subjects, making us incredibly proud of their hard work. As we head into the break, we wish all our students and families a restful and enjoyable time off. Recharge, have fun, stay warm and come back ready for Term 3 on Monday 15th July.

 

School Photos

We are still awaiting to recieve photos from MSP Photography, we are hoping to recieve these in early Term 3.

 

School Reports

Your child/children's Semester 1 2024 report is now available to access via Compass. If you are having difficulties accessing OR would like a hard copy report to be sent home, can you please either call 5234 8256 or email alvie.ps@education.vic.gov.au to request.Once accessing your child/children's report, if you'd like to discuss their academic achievement and progress, please be in contact to book in a time to discuss further either this term or next.

 

Lost property 

We have a growing quantity of clothing and personal belongings that remains unclaimed. Please ensure your child’s clothing is well marked, and please remind your child to return homewith the same clothing they arrived to school with. Parents are welcome to search through our ‘Lost Property’ tubs that are located in the passage outside the Wellbeing Office. 

 

Preps 2025

I am hoping that we now have all siblings who will be beginning Preps next year enrolled at Alvie. If you have not completed the enrolment form, please contact the office as soon as possible. If you know of any families who are planning to enrol their child in 2025 and are zoned to our school, please contact them and remind them how important it is to call the office for a tour and an enrolment form.
