The Fathering Project News

Top Dad Tips

Fatherhood is an exciting journey, but it doesn't come without its challenges, which includes impacts on mental health. 1 in 10 new dads will experience anxiety and/or depression when they become a father, and in the first post-partum year. It's important we look out for one another, and prioritise mental health. If something seems off with a mate - check in. If you find something feels 'off' within yourself, we encourage you to seek support as soon as possible.
