Visions of the Future from an Ancient Land
Across six dynamic days, RSIC 2026 immerses delegates in a high-energy conference experience blending authentic Australian hospitality, rich cultural exchange, adventure, and meaningful service in and around Barker College.
The conference opens with a festival-style welcome, homestay experiences, an inspiring Opening Ceremony, keynote sessions, and Baraza group discussions.
Mid-week, the program shifts into an Adventure Day across Sydney and rotating Service Carousel streams, engaging students in real-world problem-solving, teamwork, and service initiatives. Daily Baraza sessions deepen intercultural understanding and translate learning into action, while evenings feature signature experiences including cultural performances and reflection.
The conference culminates in a unifying final-day activity, a celebratory Australian BBQ, and a showcase of Australian culture, leaving delegates with lasting friendships, strengthened leadership skills, and a shared sense of global unity.
