Hello Prep Families,

What an exciting week we’ve had in Prep!

In Literacy, we began our Little Learners Love Literacy program. The children were thrilled to meet two new friends:

• Milo Monkey, who makes the /m/ sound

• Sally Snake, who makes the /s/ sound

I would love for you to encourage your child to show you these sounds at home. They are very proud of what they have learned!

In Maths, we explored the numbers 2 to 5, looking at them in lots of different ways. The children enjoyed showing each number using hands-on materials, pictures, and counting activities.

 Friendly Reminders

• Please remember to send your child with a hat each day

• Make sure all belongings are clearly labelled
