PLC Diving classes

We offer diving classes from beginner to advanced for both boys and girls, with a great team of expert coaches for each level. Students with a background in gymnastics are particularly suited to diving and can quite often make a quick transition to diving. Our diving program is conducted in our new, indoor, purpose built heated pool with 1m and 3m springboards and 1m, 3, and 5m platforms.

Most classes offer a dryland training component with access to full size trampolines, dry boards and a foam pit in our fully equipped gymnasium.

Classes are small and we offer the chance to compete in diving competitions ranging from small in-house meets every term to State and National level competitions where we are very successful.
