A Call for Community Support
The Overnewton community is holding close our much-loved staff member, Head of Senior School, Jess Zwarts, as she supports her son Hamish as he battles brain cancer.
If you’re in a position to help, any support through a donation or by sharing their GoFundMe page would be greatly appreciated by the family.
Donating Blood & Plasma
You can also help by giving blood or plasma through Australian Red Cross. Currently, Victoria is most in need of O- and Plasma donations, though every blood type is still essential in maintaining a healthy supply. Those who are unable to donate blood may still be able to donate plasma. You can check your eligibility or book an appointment below.
Every gesture of care and kindness makes a difference. Thank you for standing alongside Jess and her family with compassion and love during this incredibly difficult time.

Student Withdrawals from the College
As per our enrolment policy, the College requests families to provide one full term's notice if they plan to withdraw their child. We kindly ask that if you are considering transferring your child to another school, you notify us as soon as possible. This early notification will ensure that we can adequately support the students leaving, making a smooth transition for them, and facilitating a seamless process. Our aim is to also support both our current families and prospective families who are eager to join our vibrant community. We have a significant number of students on waitlists for many year levels, and your early notification will greatly aid us in making well-informed decisions regarding enrolment placements.
Please use the link to formally notify the College of your child's withdrawal
We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Sarah Brook, College Registrar on 9334 0142 or email
