Numeracy Week

From 29 August to 4 September, our school was abuzz with excitement as students from all year levels came together to celebrate Numeracy Week. This special week is dedicated to highlighting the importance of numeracy in our daily lives and making mathematics fun and engaging for everyone. Students participated in Pi writing competition, Pie eating contest, Guess the Number of Jelly Beans and Homeroom Numeracy Quiz. Numeracy Week was not just about competitions and fun—it was a reminder of how essential numeracy is in our lives, from simple tasks to complex problem-solving. Congratulations to all the participants and winners, and a big thank you to Ms Lim, Mr Turkich and Mr Levy for coordinating various activities to make Numeracy Week a great success!
