Indonesian Cultural Day

The Indonesian Cultural Day was held on Monday September 9.   It was an outstanding success.  The children from Foundation, Junior, Middle and Senior Units  involved in varieties of activities - from listening to Indonesian stories of "The Mouse, Deer and the Tiger - The Mouse Deer and the Crocodiles" followed by making animal masks, becak rides (trishaw rides), dance and gamelan orchestra workshops, and playing traditional Indonesian games.  At the end of the day, Middle and Senior Units performed in The Hall wore very colourful costumes.

It has been a great experience for the children to participate and to learn about another culture.
