Year 4/5/6

We have had a fabulous couple of weeks in 4/5/6. Some of our highlights from the past few weeks have included Book Week dress up and activities, the Tennis and Cricket competition at Wesley Hill, R U Ok Day rotations, and the Chess Tournament at CSC. 

This week we conducted experiments in Inquiry which explained how the Solar System was formed. We worked in groups to read through the procedure and complete the experiment, recording our observations as we went. In writing we have been learning to write different forms of poetry. We are using figurative language to make our poems more interesting. A highlight of this week was sharing a maths session with the F/1s and learning to play some board games with them.
