How To Enrol - Quick Link
The Common Thread Project is entering its final week. We have enjoyed some wonderful Chai, relaxing mindfulness exercises and great company. Ritika our Creative Facilitator has led the program, and we thank her for her calm and caring way of sharing her creative approach with us. We look forward to sharing the combined creative artwork which will be the finished project, with the community.
Thank you to the parents that have offered to help sew on flowers and leaves to costumes for our students Wakakirri performance. Glenis will be in touch shortly to coordinate the project. If you would like to help, please phone the office and ask for Glenis or drop in and visit her in the community room.
Community Pantry
The school has two community pantry locations. At reception you can find items in the foyer, which is a sample of the items available for families. There are soups, dahl, brown rice, canned food and cereals. The community room has a larger selection and there is the ability to help families with bread, milk and fresh fruit and carrots. Please pop in and chat to Glenis our Community Engagement Liaison. Glenis is here to support families. The pantry is stocked weekly on a Wednesday but if you need things kept for you for pick up on a different day, please just ask.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club runs on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.15am to 8.35am. Our Cooking Club with Year 5 students cook on Thursday at recess. They share what they make with Friday Breakfast Club students. We will start sharing photos and recipes very soon.
