JOINING GENERATIONS | A SPECIAL VISIT

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome some very special visitors from Homestyle Langford Grange to Ramlegh Park Primary School.

Residents spent time reading with a group of our Year 3 students, sharing stories, conversations and plenty of smiles.

It was a beautiful opportunity for our students to connect with members of our wider community, and the warmth in the room was truly amazing to see.

Our Year 3 students loved having the chance to read, listen and chat with the residents. Moments like these remind us of the power of connection across generations, and the joy that can come from simply spending time together.

This visit marks the first of what we hope will be a number of special events with Homestyle Langford Grange. We are very grateful to the residents and staff for visiting our school and helping create such a meaningful experience for our students.

We look forward to continuing this wonderful partnership and sharing many more special moments together.

WINTER GALA DAY

Our Year 6 students recently represented Ramlegh Park Primary School at Winter Gala Day, taking part in a range of sports including soccer, AFL, tee ball, netball and badminton.

Our students demonstrated great teamwork, resilience, encouragement and sportsmanship. Whether they experienced wins, losses, draws, injuries, close games or finals, they continued to support one another, show determination and represent our school with pride. It was fantastic to hear students reflecting not only on the results, but also on the way they worked together, lifted each other up and kept trying their best.

A special congratulations goes to our Girls Tee Ball team, who had an outstanding day, winning all four games including the Grand Final. Their positivity, focus and teamwork were exceptional, and we are so proud that they have now progressed through to Division.

Well done to everyone involved, and best of luck to our Girls Tee Ball team as they prepare for the next stage of competition!

ATHLETICS DAY

Today our students headed back to Casey Fields for our very own Athletics Day, taking part in a range of events throughout the day.

It was great to see students giving each event a go, supporting their classmates and representing our school in such a positive way.

Many students challenged themselves, tried their best and showed persistence across the different activities.

Athletics Day is always a valuable opportunity for students to participate, compete, encourage others and enjoy being active with their peers.

Thank you to our staff for their organisation and support throughout the day, and to the families who came along to cheer on the students.
