EMR Junior & Intermediate Boys Netball

Last Monday, both the Junior and Intermediate Boys Netball teams went to Waverly Netball Centre to compete at the Eastern Metropolitan Region round. Both teams played very well on the day and fought hard in every game. The Junior boys had narrow losses all day and unfortunately didn’t make the finals, however they worked well as a team and were great sports on the day. The boys took on feedback throughout the games and improved as the day went on.

The Intermediate Boys played well, coming away with one win and two losses on the day. The team battled through last minute changes due to injuries, but worked incredibly hard to play as well as they did. The team were super respectful and listened to feedback, pulling off some incredible behind-the-back passing, and even lifting each other up to defend! Thank you to Holly and Kaitlyn for giving up their time to help coach the Intermediate Boys team.
