Wellbeing
Dear Parents and Families,
Some more education this week in regard to Mental Health and Wellbeing not just for our children but also for all of us to be mindful of our own self care needs and keeping a look out for others.
There are so many great resources available and I am sharing the Beyond Blue link- there is much valuable information and education available here.
I have also included an excerpt in this newsletter.
