Year 12

As Term three is quickly approaching the end, Year 12s are both excited and nervous about the next phase. Those students who are applying to universities and higher education courses are in the midst of their applications. 

There are some important dates to consider as students complete their VTAC, SATAC, UAC, QTAC, UTAS, and, in some cases, WA applications. 

VTAC Applications: 

Students have until 20 September to get their SEAS and scholarship statements in for a preliminary review. The actual SEAS and Scholarship applications close on 11 October at 5pm.  All students applying to VTAC will have the rural and regional category of their SEAS application ticked as YES. All other categories require some sort of documentation on how the financial/ medical/difficult circumstances have affected the students learning. 

30 September is the Course Application Deadline - $60.00 application fee needs to be paid by this time. Late applications can still be made after this date, but the cost will increase considerably. 

I work with students individually to ensure that they have the prerequisites, statements, and SEAS well prepared. 

I am available in week two of the holidays when students will be in for their study and VCE revision lectures. 

I will also be available for students after their results are released, 23 December and 10 January for students who need support with preference changes.
