Aussie Aussie Aussie  Oi Oi Oi

It's been fantastic watching our Olympic champions give their very best in Paris.

Their determination and resilience have been inspiring, reminding us of all of the growth that comes from both our triumphs and our challenges.

We embraced the green and gold spirit with a themed dress-up day, turning our school into an emerald city, reminiscent of the Wizard of Oz. At our assembly, a sea of green and gold filled the room, creating a vibrant atmosphere of unity and pride.

Just like in the Olympics, our students are learning that each effort, mistake, and success is a crucial step in their journey of learning and self-discovery.

Indonesian Independence Day and Achievements

We are excited to share that several of our students have excelled in the recent Indonesian Speaking Competition.

Congratulations to Evie Craig-McWhinnie (2B) and Clifford Moningka (6A) for securing 2nd place, and to Leroy Levinraj (3C) for receiving the Highly Commended Award. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, and we are so proud of their achievements.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that Bu Sia has been awarded the VCE Indonesian Independence Day Scholarship. As part of this prestigious program, she has been invited to Canberra to participate in the Flag-Raising Ceremony for the 79th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia. This is a significant honour, and we are proud of her contributions to the Victoria Indonesia Language Teachers' Association and her ongoing dedication to promoting the Indonesian language and culture.

School of Rock

Mrs Murray and I were  invited to watch our former students shine in Ringwood Secondary's outstanding production of School of Rock.

From the moment the curtain rose, it was evident how much hard work, dedication, and talent had gone into bringing this show to life.

Seeing our past students perform with such confidence, taking on challenging roles and delivering powerful performances, was just amazing.

We couldn’t be prouder of their achievements, and it was a joy to see them excelling on stage, continuing to pursue their passions and dreams.

Enjoy the sunshine this weekend with your Family and Friends
