BOOK REQUESTS FOR LIBRARY

There are slips of paper in the library that the children can fill in and request books for the collection.

I will try to send a response to acknowledge the request, as we may already have the book or series.

BOOK CLUB

Thank-you for your orders they have been placed online and we are patiently awaiting delivery from Scholastic.

Hopefully, the books will be delivered by early next week.

BOOK WEEK 2024 August 17th – 23rd

“Reading is Magic”

The shortlisted books will be on display outside the library from the 13th August.

The books will be in 4 different categories:-

Younger Readers – Primary Fiction

Early Childhood 

Picture Book of the Year – the illustrator receives the award in this category

Eve Pownall Award

Winners and Honours will be announced on FRIDAY 16TH August
