Aussie of the Month

The value for the month of July was Humility - A truly humble person is able to listen to and accept others. They don't feel the need to control others. Rather, they are confident enough to stay centered in their purpose, while allowing others to discover their strengths.

What does humility look like and sound like?

Letting others go first, especially in matters of preference, like recess, activities, etc. Speaking well of others and congratulating them for a job well done - Giving credit where credit is due. Performing hidden acts of service, avoiding bragging and showy actions done for acknowledgement.
