School Behaviour Support and Management Plan

Our school's School Behaviour Support and Management Plan (SBSMP) is published and available on our school's website:

School Behaviour Support and Management Plan

All schools are required to develop a plan. The SBSMP:

  1. communicates a strategic, integrated whole school approach.
  2. incorporates a multi-tiered care continuum to support all students.
  3. establishes and maintains high expectations for students through effective role modeling, explicit teaching, and planned responses.
  4. identifies core rules, values, and practices that support quality teaching and learning, sets clear limits, recognizes and promotes positive behaviour, and applies consequences for inappropriate behaviour.

Student Safety

Our school gates open each morning from 8.40am and are locked by 9.20am. If families or visitors to the school arrive after this time, then entry should be through Gate 2 on Sandringham St. Parents and carers must come to the office if dropping their child off or picking them up so that the child can be signed in or out.

Please check that the gate is closed properly as there have been occasions in the past week where the gate has looked closed but wasn't. We ask that parents and carers take time to secure the gate when entering or exiting the school. Thank you in advance for following this request.

P&C Annual General Meeting

Parents and Citizens (P&C) Associations are vital not-for-profit organisations supporting public schools in New South Wales. The P&C is a group consisting of parents and citizens in our school community, whose purpose is to assist the school and promote the interests of the entire school community.

On Thursday 13 March at 9.15am, we will be holding the P&C Annual General Meeting. All parents and carers are welcome to attend.
