P&F Meeting

Please join us for the first P&F meeting of 2025.

ALL WELCOME!

We will share the 2025 P&F activities/events calendar at this meeting and we have some exciting new roles and opportunities and need your help. These include:

• Social Club Members (sub-committee): Organize annual school events (e.g., all school parent cocktail function/quiz night, kids' disco, movie night - you guide us).
  • Plan dates, locations, themes, and decorations
  • Fundraise, approach businesses, and promote events
  • Coordinate volunteers for setup/pack-down
• Secretary: Schedule meetings, take notes, send reminders, and keep us organized.
• School Production Refreshment Coordinators: Help coordinate the refreshment stand for the school production nights in 2025.
• President/s: Share the role with a friend! Oversee and be the main communication link between the committee and school.

P&F Activities

• Friday 21 March - Cake stall run by Year 4
• Friday 28 March (school assembly) - Easter Raffle drawn (more details to come around donations and raffle ticket sales)
• TBC - Working Bee. We have decided to make this an annual event and the date will be shared shortly. We will also share the sort of jobs needed to be undertaken. The Working Bee is a great opportunity to help out at school (in whatever capacity you can), bring the kids along to help and socialise with other school families!

St Joseph's Footy Classic

We are also excited to announce the date for the Annual St Joseph's Dad's Footy Day 2025.....save the date for SATURDAY 30th AUGUST for a day of footy, food and fun for the whole family! More details to come.
