Term 4 - Week 5
Welcome to Week 5,
This week I am in Canberra with the Year 6 students, staff and some brave parents.
The Year 6 major excursion to Canberra is a momentous milestone in our students' primary years. Along with the significant sites, learning and joy the excursion brings, it is also a time of personal development as our students navigate 4 nights away from their loved ones.
So far it has been a wonderful excursion and I am proud of the maturity of our Year 6 cohort. They continue to impress the people they encounter with their inquisitiveness, engagement and courteous manners.
Please enjoy a short collection of magic moments from the last few days.
We also had our Year 5 SRC Representatives and Mrs Daley attend the Remembrance Day Service at the Town Hall on Monday to lay a wreath. Thank you to Xander Kidd, Poppy Moore and Lilli Steinbeck on how well they represented our school.
Have a great week.
