Positive Education @ Anson
Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)
As the school year comes to an end and holidays are just around the corner, we encourage all students to be responsible, safe and respectful wherever they are and in whatever they are doing. Holidays are a great time to visit friends and family, have fun outside, play, swim, ride, walk or roll.
Please help your child to understand road safety, water safety and sun safety. We teach these at school so please practise these at home and in any environment your child will be in over the festive period and into the new year.
The final PBL shop is open on Monday Week 10 for students to cash in their tokens and the final PBL reward for the year is a movie with popcorn and water play on the oval on Tuesday. Students are looking forward to cooling off in this warm weather.
PBL Award winners at Presentation Day:
Congratulations to Daniel, Shanika, Marcus and Blake who all received a gift voucher and certificate for their outstanding efforts in being respectful, responsible and safe in all aspects of their schooling and in the community. They are exemplary role models, displaying the positive behaviours expected of all students at school.

As we head into the holiday season may we look back and reflect with gratitude on all that we have achieved this year. It has been wonderful watching friendship grow and flourish with kindness throughout the year. We hope that all our Anson Street families and friends have a wonderful, safe and happy holiday spent with those nearest and dearest and that all our students return in 2025 well rested and full of curiosity for the adventures that lay ahead.
Merry Christmas and a happy new Year to all!
