Amazing Mural at OLA

It was an exciting time at OLA last week as we welcomed Bayley and Zali from Merindah Gunya to paint the Indigenous mural in the space we are transforming into our new Indigenous garden.

The children watched along as the primer was being applied and then got to share the journey with their friends as the space came to life.

We are so fortunate to have an amazing community that enables us to provide these great initiatives and experiences for our children.

This time next week we will be doing the last checks for the Fete. Everyone is getting very excited and the kids can’t wait to get on all the amazing rides. It’s always wonderful seeing the happy faces as the kids bounce around giggling and sharing adventures with their friends.

Calling for new OLA Parents & Friends members

If you would like to be part of helping our school next year and adding to our wonderful sense of community, please consider joining the 2025 P&F Team. It is a great way to contribute to the development of the school and meet other parents.

We are looking for two parent representatives from each year level, who are responsible for updating the parents in their year level with important information/reminders, and organising a couple of events throughout the year. For example, the Grade 1 P&F representatives host the Morning Tea for new and current families on the first day of school.
