The Resilience Project

Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness (GEM) are the guiding principles for our whole school program, The Resilience Project.
They can make us feel happier, notice the positives and cope in challenging times. Teachers have been using GEM chats in the classroom and it can be weaved into practice at home! Here are three prompts to get you started.
