Parents' and Friends'
The Parents' and Friends' Association held the Term One meeting on Tuesday night. Thank you to those that attended, both in person and online.

AGM - 23 April
At the meeting, it was announced that the four P&F Executive positions will be declared open at the P&F AGM on Tuesday 23 April. We would also like to launch four subcommittees to work alongside the executive members.
We invite anyone interested in being an active member of the P&F, either as an executive member or if you have ideas for subcommittees, to get in touch with a member of the current team (Mandy, Zoe, Stacey and Kate) or to contact the school via the Director of Community Relations, Alana Brown (abrown@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au).
The P&F is a wonderful way to be involved in the school, get to know students, parents and community members and have fun while socialising and fundraising for school projects.
House Swimming BBQs
Thank you to the wonderful parents that helped with the BBQ at the Senior School sports, either cooking and serving on the day or supplying backed goods. This was greatly appreciated, and it was a very successful day!
The Junior School House Swimming carnival is tomorrow. If you would like to assist, or just say hello, please come and see us.
It’s a great way to meet new families and get to know our students. If you would like to help out, please message Kate Pye on 0408 391 172 with your preferred time slot.
Reminder, all parents/guardians attending school events with students onside need to complete an online model of Child Safety Training. If you are new to College or didn't get around to completing it last year, please use this link: https://tha.ac/childsafeform
The P&F will also be running BBQs at the House Athletics carnivals in March:
- Junior School - Friday 8 March, Myrniong
- Senior School - Wednesday 13 March, Mitchell Park
Towels
The Hamilton and Alexandra College logo towels are available to purchase from both the Senior and Junior Campus, at the second-hand uniform shop or online on the College website.
Now that the weather is finally warming up, a spare towel for the beach and the pool is always a winner. They are $40 each and go toward P&F fundraising.
Tuck shop - Monday and Tuesday volunteers
Sally and Liz in the Tuck shop provide a delicious menu each week of term. Volunteers are greatly appreciated on Mondays and Tuesdays if parents are able. An hour or two of your time is most appreciated by Sally and it is a lovely way to meet the children too!
Please call Fi at the Senior School Reception if you are free on a Monday or Tuesday to help out in Term 1.
