Microbit Club

Microbit Club

The BEPS Microbit Club is a dynamic opportunity for Year 5 and 6 students to immerse themselves in the world of coding and electronics. During our sessions, students will have the chance to:

  • Engage in hands-on activities and experiments with the Microbit device, exploring its capabilities and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with peers on exciting coding projects, fostering teamwork and communication skills.
  • Gain valuable insights into fundamental programming concepts and electronic circuits, laying a solid foundation for future STEM endeavours.
  • Showcase their creativity and problem-solving abilities through innovative project designs and implementations.

Our aim is to inspire a lifelong passion for technology and innovation while equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

We encourage all interested Year 5 and 6 students to join us in the STEM room every Tuesday during lunchtime (2:00 pm - 2:40 pm) for Term 1. For registration or inquiries about the club, students can approach me, April White, for assistance.

Let's work together to ignite the spark of curiosity and exploration in our young learners and empower them to become the innovators of tomorrow!

Warm regards,

April White
