Touching, funny and tender, this must-see documentary shines a light on and changes the dialogue around masculinity and mental health today.

Exploring hopes, anxieties, joy and darkness, the raw vulnerability of these stories will inspire you to hold some of the men in your life that bit closer.

Genevieve Bailey will introduce the film and then answer questions at the end of the screening.

Join us at 6.30pm for a light supper. The screening will commence at 7.00pm followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker from 8.35pm.
