News from the PC!

Happy Mother’s Day to all our mothers, carers, grandmothers and special people in our lives! The PC hopes that all those that celebrate get a chance to do so this weekend. 

The PC would like to thank all the volunteers that helped last weekend at the Election Day BBQ and cake sale and make it such a great success. Italian cooking tunes helped create a warm and lively atmosphere, whilst we enjoyed the sun and a democracy sausage or slice of cake!

Mother’s Day: The PC would like to thank all the volunteers that helped at today’s Mother’s Day breakfast and Mother’s Day stall. A wonderful time was had by all, and I am sure many of us are eagerly awaiting our special surprises on Sunday morning.

Friday Treats: Friday Treats are back! Pain au chocolat will be available on Fridays after school for $4.50. Please see below for when it’s your classes turn to sell. 

Child Safety: A reminder that all parents/carer’s who wish to volunteer at CJC must have a Working With Children Check – it is free for volunteers and you can apply online here: Working with Children Check (service.vic.gov.au)

CJC Families Facebook Group: Did you know that we have a CJC Facebook Group called CJC Families?  The page is used to inform our community of CJC Events, sell 2nd hand uniform, find a babysitter and more. The page is private, and you must be a CJC community member and answer the questions to join.
