Reporting Student Attendance

If a student is going to be late for school, leaving early or going to be away, and you are wanting to email to inform the school, can we please ask that you email brinbeal.sc@education.vic.gov.au. 

Voluntary Contributions

Voluntary financial contributions for 2024 can be made at any stage, in full or as termly payments via Compass or at the front office, if you have any questions please call and discuss with the office staff. The Parent Payment Policy can be found on the College website.

Permission Forms

Parents are reminded to check emails and Compass on a regular basis for Events that your child may be involved in. All permission forms are sent via Compass, paper forms are only provided on request. Failure to provide consent for events by the due date will result in your child missing out on attending the event.

Email Addresses & Compass Notifications

The College requests that parents ensure they have provided the College with current email addresses. All College communications are via Compass, either push notification through the App or email.  Any parent who is not receiving communications should check the correct email address is listed.

Ambulance Cover

Brinbeal Secondary College does not provide ambulance cover for students. 

In the unfortunate instance that the school has to call an ambulance to attend to your child, the cost is met by the family. 

With any serious injury we endeavour to contact the parent, guardian or emergency contact. However there are times where this is not possible and/or the nature of the injury calls for immediate assistance.
