Our school community is grateful for funding received from the Government’s National School Chaplaincy Program which supports Pilgrim School to maintain the services of our wellbeing staff.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Staff
There are currently no Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff members employed at Pilgrim School.
Teacher Standards and Qualifications
All teachers at Pilgrim School are registered with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
Pilgrim teaching staff are experienced educators and between them hold:
- 1 Masters Degree
- 19 Undergraduate Degrees
- 7 Graduate Certificates
- 2 Diplomas.
Nine staff hold a single qualification and seven have two or more qualifications.
All staff have current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) and Protective Practices training. Staff are also trained on a yearly cycle in First Aid and other health matters.
Our staff team have continued to professionally develop and grow in a range of professional learning activities during the year. Some of these are completed as an entire staff team or the teaching team and others are accessed by individual or a small group of staff.
