APS Fair Sat 4th May
FAIR UPDATE
Our Fair is only 10 sleeps away ........ Start with lunch and end with dinner on Saturday, 4 May 1pm - 6pm!
The fair is 100% run by volunteers, and a big fundraiser for our school. We need donations and volunteers from the whole APS community. If you're a new family to the school, we don't want you to feel overwhelmed by what is involved with the Fair or how you can help. WRISTBANDS & FAIR DOLLARS NOW ON SALE

Head to the Try booking website https://www.trybooking.com/CRGDQ to see what's included, cost and details. If you don't want to purchase a wristband, individual activities can be purchased on the day at the info booth.
APS Fair Dollars
This year we are launching APS Fair Dollars, cards with 10 x $1 tokens that can be used as currency at the Fair. Redeemable for some stalls for food, drinks & goods. Perfect for the kids and less pestering for you!

SELL A SNAG, BOOKS, CAKES & MORE - GRAB YOUR VOLUNTEER SPOT!

JAMS & PRESERVES - Call for Volunteers
Do you have a passion for preserving fruits and making delicious jams, relishes, or chutneys? Whether you're a seasoned pro or have always been intrigued by the idea, we would love your help!
We are looking for volunteers to make a batch or two - whatever you are comfortable contributing. We can supply the jars, instructions and recipes if needed. No prior experience is necessary - if you've been wanting to give it a try, now's your chance!

WE NEED EXCELLENT QUALITY DONATIONS
Excellent quality = If you wouldn’t want your child to buy it for $5, don’t donate it. The donations room is now looking good - remember quality items only.
FRANKENTOYS
This IS an opportunity to donate those much loved soft toys that need a new lease on life, still after donations for these. This stall encourages kids to be creative, the toys might look weird but it's a lot of fun!
BOOKS - GOOD CONDITION PLEASE
These are filling up fast, so if you're yet to donate GOOD QUALITY books, please put your books in the marked sections in the donations room (portable).
2ND HAND CLOTHES
We are looking for EXCELLENT quality kids and adults clothing. (limit of 10 items per family) No stained or marked clothing. This is filling up fast so if you're yet to donate get in quick!
MYSTERY BAGS
Seeking things kids will find fun! Parents might not, but let's face it, these are a hit with the kids!
PLACE GOODIES IN THE BOX IN OFFICE FOYER
OTHER ITEMS
The donations room is still accepting trashless treasure donations, again filling up fast so GET IN QUICK.
We'll have more info next week, until then, tidy out those cupboards, bring the donations in and don't forget to volunteer!
