MECS Notes
School Photo Day
As you are aware our School Photo Day has been rescheduled to Monday 6 May.
Last week your child received a new flyer with instructions on how to order.
The details on this flyer are the same as on the previous flyer you received last term.
If you have already placed your order there is nothing further you need to do.
Please note that Sibling photo orders must be placed prior to 8am on photography day.
Mother's Day Market
Our Mother's Day Market is on again this year, joined by some of our favourite Mum-run small businesses. The wonderful Popirie & While They're Sleeping will be set up as well as other stalls with baked goods, fresh plants and trinkets that students can purchase from. Please send your kids along with some cash to make a purchase!
Annual General Meeting
Please feel welcome to join us on Wednesday 22 May for our Annual General Meeting.
Assocation members have already been sent an agenda, past meeting minutes and additional material to prepare for the evening. Parents are welcome to join our Association.
If you would like to join, please email Jenny Taylor at jtaylor@mecs.vic.edu.au
Join us for our Term 2 Cook Off
If you've got some spare time during your week and would love to serve our community, please join us for our Term 2 Cook Off. Together with our Community Relations Officer, Jenny Taylor, you'll help us prepare a number of meals that freeze and store in our 'Made with Love' community fridge that we then provide to families who require some additional support. It is a great opportunity to join in fellowship with other members of our community and bless others.
If you're interested in participating, please email Jenny at jtaylor@mecs.vic.edu.au
