The Sacrament of Confirmation 

The Sacrament of Confirmation will be on Sunday 23 June at the 9:00am Mass. 

A note went out at the end of last term to those students in Year 6 who will prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation this year.

There will be parent information sessions tomorrow on Wednesday 8 May at 1:10pm and 6pm to discuss the finer details of the sacrament. A family member only needs to attend one meeting. If you have any questions prior to this, please let me know.

Students need to enrol in the Sacrament of Confirmation by attending one Mass on Saturday 11 May at 5:30pm or Sunday 12 May at 9am or Saturday 18 May at 5:30pm or Sunday 19 May at 9am. 

Happy Mother's Day

With Mother's Day this Sunday, we're reminded of the incredible role mothers play in our lives. In the Catholic tradition, we hold a special reverence for motherhood, inspired by the love and devotion of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the ultimate example of maternal grace.

This Mother's Day, let's take a moment to honour not only our own mothers, but also the nurturing spirit of all women who guide, support, and inspire us with their love and enrich our lives with selfless devotion. Through prayer and reflection, let's express gratitude for the maternal figures who shape our faith, instill values, and provide unwavering support. Whether it's a warm hug, a kind word, or a simple gesture of appreciation, let's make this day extra special for these extraordinary women who give so much of themselves every day.

To all the mothers out there: thank you for your endless love, your strength, and your endless sacrifices. You are truly the heart and soul of our families, and we are forever grateful for everything you do.

May the love of God continue to bless and sustain all women. Wishing all mothers a happy and joyful Mother's Day filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments with your loved ones.
