Wellbeing at Moriac

At Moriac Primary School, nurturing the wellbeing of our students is first and foremost. Throughout Term 1, we e embraced several  initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall wellbeing of our school community.

Among these additions to our curriculum and wellbeing framework were the introduction of the Ready to Learn Scale, empowering students to gauge and manage their readiness for learning effectively. Complementing this, the implementation of Ready to Learn plans provided tailored strategies for students to optimize their learning potential.

In addition, our commitment to fostering a supportive environment was evident through regular wellbeing check-ins, ensuring that each student's emotional and mental needs were acknowledged and addressed. We celebrated moments of gratitude with dedicated posts, fostering a culture of appreciation and positivity within our school.

These initiatives collectively reflect our dedication to nurturing not only academic success but also the wellbeing of every individual within the Moriac Primary School community.
