Hospitality Classes at Offsite Venue
This week saw the Year 10 and Year 12 Students in Hospitality venture out to our off-campus venue to develop skills in the kitchen.
All three classes worked exceptionally well to complete multiple recipes in preparation for their assessments coming up in the next few weeks. The bonus of the off-campus experience was the need for students to taste and evaluate their products.
External Courses
Students who wish to complete an external course in Years 11 or 12 should start looking into these now. These will be advertised in the newsletter and in student notices in the coming months.
A reminder that if the course is delivered in the College already students cannot enroll in it off campus.
Cert II in Electrotechnology at Brisbane Northwest Trade Training College
