Canteen List

The school canteen is operated by an outsourced company and is open every day during recess and lunchtime.

The Canteen will be taking orders using the Qkr! App from Monday 13th February 2023. Instructions have been attached to this email for your convenience.

We will no longer be using Compass for Canteen orders from Monday 13th February 2023 due to ordering system issues. We hope to have this rectified in the future pending changes.

The Canteen is open daily taking daily lunch orders and over-the-counter sales during recess and lunchtime by CASH payment or via Qkr! (order cut off is 9am each morning) – Any changes or late orders must ring the canteen direct line 03 8768 6726. Payment for late orders can be made through Canteen Late Payment 2023 in Qkr!

Students should not bring more than $5 to buy items at the canteen window.

Recess - from 10:40am till 11:10am

Lunch time - from 12:50pm till 1:20pm

MANUAL CANTEEN LUNCH ORDERS PROCEDURE

• Take a lunch order bag (prefer brown bag as shown in picture) and fill in the child’s name and class.
• If your child has an allergy, please write in RED “Allergy” at top of the lunch bag.
• Write out the food/drink order from the menu.
• Write down the cost and put money inside the bag. Remember to add an extra 20 cents if no brown bag provided. (Lunch bag can be purchased from Woolworths or Coles)
• Put the lunch bag into the lunch order tub in the child’s classroom and bring the tub to the canteen in the morning.
• At lunchtime, come to pick up the lunch order tub from the canteen.

Notes:

• With *asterisked items, a stamp will be put on the lunch bag for the children to redeem the item at the canteen with their lunch bag during lunchtime. Please advise your children of this procedure.
• Any change due will be sticky taped inside the lunch bag. Please note that if CHANGE is more than $10, it will be given to the office for pick up after school.
• Order cannot be fulfilled without sufficient money, therefore an item will not be given.
• If children find any missing food item, please inform the canteen immediately together with their lunch bag.
• Please do not put sticky tape or staples onto the lunch bag.
