Welcome to another amazing school newsletter. What an amazing term it’s been, and it will be even better with some exciting events to start the term!
On the 21st to the 23rd of October, the Year 4’s went to camp Silverband lodge. They had lots of fun and learnt a variety of new things. I'm sure that they enjoyed it and loved the time they got to spend with their friends and at camp.
On the 24th of October, was the Year 6 leadership day at GWSC. We learnt new things about leadership, met lots of new people and are getting more comfortable with the transition to Year 7.
On Monday we held our Colour Fun Run and that was amazing – it was so much fun to run around the school oval with our teachers and friends! Thanks so much to everyone who organised it and to those who were able to raise some funds for our school.
Tomorrow will be the start of Interrelate program for the Years 5 and 6, where we will learn more about the human body.
Next week, on the 4th and 5th of November will be a student free day and Melbourne Cup public holiday. Make sure that the students remember this and don't forget to stay home!
That is all for this fortnight's newsletter and thank you for reading it. I hope you enjoy your day.
