Fun Run 

Dear GWPS Community,

Thank you for such a wonderful term! Together as a community, we’ve achieved many things, improved our school facilities in various ways, and, most importantly, had fun doing it through all these fundraisers. We are extremely grateful for all the support we have received.

We successfully held five fundraisers, including the Colour Fun Run, where we raised an amazing $22,393.73. We are extremely grateful for all your support, as this will help our school achieve one of our projects—building a new Year 6 area for recreational and academic purposes, which both current and future Year 6 students will benefit from for years to come.

The students had lots of fun running through obstacles with their friends, and, of course, getting covered in lots and lots of colour! Each student came out with a completely new set of colours, ranging from dark blue to bright yellow! Some students even had entire bottles tipped over their heads!

Please make sure you have logged into the Fun Run website to select your prizes before the 31st of October (this Thursday). The prizes will be delivered to the school in a couple of weeks and will go directly to your child, ready for them to enjoy!

None of this could have been achieved without the support we received. A big thank you to our fabulous 2024 Service Learning JSC team, our wonderful teachers (Mrs. Kaur, Ms. Krsteska, and Mrs. Singh), our Principal and Assistant Principals, our supportive parents, and, of course, the entire GWPS community for participating in these events. Thank you, and we hope to see you at our future events!
