Community Network - Sip and Chat

Our meeting on the 25th October involved the setting up of the Sip and Chat Afternoon tea. Whilst we didn't have as many parents or grandparents drop in to the Library for a nice chat, drink and sweet, we had a lovely time and we got to meet some new faces. 

Some  of these new faces have joined the Community Network. They have been added on our WhatsApp group and will receive the notes from our meetings. 

I would like to say a huge thank you to Reyna. Maureen and Isha for their assistance on the day (and to Donna for the hot chocolate!).

The VPS Art Show

Some of our members of our Community Network have been assisting Meredith Simpson with the organisation of the Art Show which is on Thursday 7th of November. There is a lot to prepare for this special night. If you would like to help, there are always times to assist. We had one today in the library at 2pm and we would welcome any helpers on Wednesday 6th. There will be another opportunity on Thursday the 7th in the morning to assist with the setting up of the show.  Please contact Merri Simpson on meredith.simpson@education.vic.gov.au
