 Specialist Feature News - PE

Selamat Siang semuanya, 

I want to take a moment to thank our families and school community for helping facilitate our sporting events over the past few weeks. The children have had a great start to the term, and everyone has been working hard during our sports sessions.

Our Foundation students have been working incredibly hard this term, focusing on teamwork and developing their gross motor skills through our Minor Games unit. It has been great to see their enthusiasm as they learn new games and apply their skills in fun, active ways.

Throughout the rest of the school, we have been trying something new and working on lacrosse. The children have taken on the challenge with great energy, learning how to catch, pass, and cradle the ball using lacrosse sticks. Our senior students have taken this a step further, practising their shooting skills and applying them in some mini games.

I would like to say a special congratulations to all of the students who represented our school at Division Athletics, especially those who progressed to the Regional level – an outstanding achievement! We also want to celebrate our Division Volleyball team, who placed 3rd in a very competitive field. You’ve all shown fantastic sportspersonship and pride when representing our school. Well done!
