Selamat Siang ,

This week we begun to explore Persuasive Writing through our mentor text 'The Very Cranky Bear'. Students used their creativity to imagine what they could give the bear to make him less cranky and then explained their reasoning using the connective 'because'. It was wonderful to see a variety of ideas including giving the bear butterfly wings so he can fly, dragon spikes to protect himself, or even have the bear try calisthenics so he can be happy dancing on stage.
