SWIMMING AT OHR

Have you returned yours???

Thankyou if you have as it makes our job so much easier at this admin end.

Why we need to learn to SWIM.

Learning to swim is vital for survival and water safety, reducing the risk of drowning and teaching essential skills like floating and treading water. It's a great form of full-body exercise, promoting physical fitness, improved coordination, and cardiovascular health. Swimming also boosts mental well-being, builds confidence, and fosters important social skills as people learn to be comfortable and independent in aquatic environments. Furthermore, swimming opens doors to a lifetime of recreational activities, professional opportunities in aquatic sports, and a deeper appreciation for the water.
